С 5 по 9 октября 2015г объединенная международная комиссия в ГАУЗ РТ «БСМП»

Впервые в Российской Федерации Государственное автономное учреждение здравоохранения Республики Татарстан «Больница скорой медицинской помощи» с 5 по 9 октября 2015г. проходит аккредитацию на соответствие международным требованиям безопасности оказания медицинской помощи пациентам в системе JCI (Joint Commission International), которую проводит Объединенная международная комиссия.

В течение трех лет руководство учреждения и весь трудовой коллектив приложили максимум усилий по построению системы БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ наших пациентов и сотрудников больницы. Для учреждения это очень серьезное испытание! Успешная аккредитация ГАУЗ РТ «БСМП» будет способствовать формированию положительного имиджа системы здравоохранения нашего города и Республики Татарстан.

Expertise in Primary Healthcare, Public Health and Hospital Management

During his career, Dr. Enrico Baldantoni has channeled his interest into various areas of the healthcare arena, including general practice, public health, and hospital management. Dr. Baldantoni has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital of Trento-Italy, and steered his organization through two successful Joint Commission International Accreditation surveys. He has also served as Chief Medical Officer of Local Health Unit of Chioggia-Italy, Cittadella Hospital-Italy and Verona Health Care Unit-Italy; Director of the Department of Prevention of Local Health Unit of Chioggia; Director of Public Hygiene Service of Local Health Unit of Cittadella; General Practitioner and Community Physician

  Bernadette Teahan, MBA, MA, BSN, RN, RM, RNT

• Over 30 years’ experience in health care

• Expertise in executive management, clinical services leadership, operations, academic, regulatory and medico-legal affairs, education, business, start-up facilities, project design, development and management.

Ms. Bernadette Teahan brings demonstrated international experience as a healthcare executive, clinical leader, educator and project manager. Ms. Teahan currently serves as Director of Nursing and Midwifery at Al Garhoud Private Hospital, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Ms. Teahan has extensive “hands on” experience in adult, pediatric and obstetric services; and has engaged in research and consultancy. Her publications are found in professional journals and conference proceedings. Currently she leads the implementation of innovative programs that add value to the patient experience and to the organization. Ms. Teahan’s particular interest is in developing and implementing new health care programs and involving teams in program development.

 

  Frantisek Vlcek, MUDr. Ph.D.

• Expertise in Public health, executive management, quality and safety management, performance measurement

Frantisek Vlcek graduated in general medicine and immediately after his studies began his career in public health and healthcare management.. He became engaged in executive management of a JCI accredited healthcare organization in the role of a quality and safety manager. He became involved in the domestic accreditation process in the Czech Republic in the role of Executive Director, surveyor and consultant. He also worked in quality and patient safety research and teaching public health at Charles University, Prague, Czech republic. In his post-graduate studies, he focused on the human resource management in healthcare.

Currently, Frantisek Vlcek still plays a role in the Czech Republic domestic accreditation, teaches public health at 3rd Medical School, Charles University Prague, is involved in various research activities focusing on quality performance and patient safety in healthcare, healthcare organizational culture and others, both domestically and internationally. Frantisek has worked with the Czech Republic government, helping to introduce performance measurement into healthcare system administration and communicate with international organizations such as Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

Steven A. Matarelli, Ph.D., RN

• Expertise in complex hospital systems, patient safety, research, leadership and professional practice, social and behavioral epidemiology Steven A. Matarelli, Ph.D., RN, is highly experienced hospital executive having held CNO, COO, and CEO positions. In addition, he has held staff and mid-level management roles in communitybased and tertiary academic teaching hospitals including extended experiences in an international healthcare setting.

Dr. Matarelli is an accomplished researcher and author in areas of social and behavioral epidemiology as well as an international speaker on topics of nursing care, hospital operations, research, patient safety, leadership, and “theory-into-practice” for healthcare providers, community organizations, and academic settings. Dr. Matarelli has a dual Master’s in Nursing and a Ph.D. in Public Health. He is a graduate of the Johnson & Johnson Wharton School of Business Fellowship
